SRINAGAR: Train services remain cancelled from Srinagar to Banihal due to law and order situation in south kashmir.
However, Train services will run as per scheduled from Srinagar to Baramulla
As per officail communique, “In view of friday and yesterdays incident at Naina Batpora in the J/D of GRPP Bijbehara at track KM 27.9, The place of occurance is adjacent to the railway track.
It is therefore requested the train service from anantnag to awantipora may kindly be suspended however from Banihal to anantnag and awantipora to baramulla may be plied for todays as there is every apprehension of law and order problem,”
