JAMMU : The NSS unit of Govt. College of Engineering & Technology, Jammu today hosted the live telecast of programme “Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022 with Prime Minister ” under the ageis of Azadi ka Amrut Mohotsav for the students of college.
The event was held under the patronage of Principal Prof. (Dr) Sameru Sharma. She told the students that Pariksha Pe Charcha is part of the larger movement – ‘Exam Warriors’ – led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to create a stress-free atmosphere for youngsters. It is a movement that is driven by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s efforts to bring together students, parents, teachers and the society to foster an environment where the unique individuality of each child is celebrated, encouraged and allowed to express itself fully.
More than 100 students including teaching and non-teaching staff from the different streams of engineering witnessed the live telecast.
The senior faculty members Prof. Subash Dubey, Prof. Jyoti Mahajan, Er. Salvant Raj, Shammi Kumar, Dr. Neerupma, Dr. Heera Saini, Altaf Hussain and Dr. Rajinder Singh were also present during the event.
The principal of the college applauded the sincere efforts of team NSS for successful telecast of the programme.
