JAMMU: Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu celebrated Lohri and Makar Sankranti by visiting SOS Balgran – A Charitable Home For Destitute Children and distributed woolens, sweets, stationery to all the inmates.
Jammu Sanskriti School is always on forefront to dispense responsibility towards the society. Community drives for marginalized sections of the society e.g. providing support for education, community kitchens, clothing drives etc. have been regular features. We believe that it is only the path of Education that will lead these children to the well-deserved position in the society.
The management of the school offered gratitude to Principal cum Vice-Chairperson, Rohini Aima for always adding spark to the special occasion. Under her guidance, they celebrated Lohri to mark love and concern for daughters.
School’s coordinators – Avneet Budhraja (Senior wing Coordinator), Prabhjot Kour Bhalla (Middle wing Coordinator), Varuna Mangotra (Primary Wing Coordinator), Trishna Sharma (Jr. Primary Wing Coordinator) and Nidhi Kohli (Pre-Primary Wing Coordinator) visited SOS Balgran.
