JAMMU: The Finance Department of Jammu and Kashmir has approved interest rate of 7.1 percent for General Provident Fund (GPF) subscribers for fourth quarter of the financial year 2021-22 i.e. January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022.
An order to this effect was issued today by Atal Dulloo, Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary Finance Department.
The order was based on the notification issued by the Department of Economic Affairs, Union Ministry of Finance.
