DODA: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Vikas Sharma, today chaired a meeting to finalize arrangements for smooth conduct of Accounts Assistant Finance, OMR based written examination being conducted by Services Selection Board J&K.
The meeting was informed that 37 examination centers have been established in the district for 6256 candidates and sufficient number of Magistrates, Observers, Superintendents, and invigilators have been deployed for smooth conduct of the examination.
Further, section 144 shall be invoked in and around examination centres with sufficient deployment of police personnel for hassle free conduct of the examination.
It was also informed that CCTV cameras shall be installed at each examination centre in advance.
The health officials shall be deployed at each examination centre who shall be responsible for implementation of COVID-19 related advisories and SOPs including availability of hand sanitizers and thermal scanners.
The coordinator examination JKSSB informed that candidates appearing in the examination must bring admit card and other required documents and reach to the examination centre well before the start of examination.
The details of examination, time of examination, center name and exam instruction will be indicated on Admit Card. The Candidates who are participating in JKSSB Account Assistant finance Examination 2022 are instructed to read the exam instructions carefully in their admit card.
Later, the coordinator examination SSB imparted hands-on training to HOIs for handling examination material and management of examination centres/ halls. He also gave them awareness on the latest instructions and circulars issued by SSB in conducting the examination in fair and transparent manner.
The meeting was attended by ADC Doda, ADC Bhadarwah, PO ICDS Doda, CEO Doda, ARTO Doda, DIO Doda, Principal Polytechnic College Doda, Sub Divisional Magistrates of Gandoh, Thathri and Assar, HOIs of various Government and Private educational institutions, representative of health department and other concerned officials of DC office.
