JAMMU: EPFO Regional Office, Jammu conducted “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” programme for the month of February 2022 for the stakeholders of Jammu and Kashmir.
EPFO is servicing the entire area from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with regard to settlement of claims, redressal of grievances, and facilitating stakeholders. Considering the large number of grievances and to ensure service delivery at doorstep, various online initiatives of EPFO such as balance enquiry, filing of online claims including transfer and COVID-19 advance claims and members’ basic details were explained with hands on demonstration.
PF Commissioner Rizwan Uddin personally intervened in the matter to get the grievances redressed.
The grievances of Aminder Pal Singh, Veena Devi, Arvind Naz, Neetu Pandita and Vinod Kumar Zutsi, were redressed by EPFO Regional Office and they returned with smiling faces.
Davinder Singh, Radha Devi, Saurav Singh, Ajay Kumar, Vishnu Singh Chuahan, Gulshan Kumar, Haneefa Sheikh, Tilak Raj, Muneer Ahmad and Ghulam Mustafa Khan were also helped and advised to complete requisite actions.
Pranav Gupta, ASO; Kanchan, Pramod Kumar, EO, Sanjeev, AO, Mukesh Kumar helped in smooth conduct of “Nidhi Aapke Nikat’ Programme.
RO Kashmir also conducted “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” Programme.
The endeavour of ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat” programme has always helped to redress the maximum number of cases/grievances.
