JAMMU: A foreigner lady was detained with satellite phone at Jammu Airport on Monday.
As per police sources, a foreigner lady namely Anna Lugai Trovatorisszikli, wife of Jean Michel Clerc, a resident of Macheret 65, 1093 LA Conversion Switzerland was detained by security personnel with satellite phone at Jammu Airport.
The lady was handed over to Satwari Police, which produced her before Passenger Court, Jammu in a case under Section 20/21 Indian Telegraph Act.
The Court released the lady after the submission of Rs 1,000 fine.
