JAMMU: Ruhani Bains (II-A) of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and her parents by clinching 3rd position in Ganache & Glace Level-1 in “IGNIS-Ignite the fire within” Competition organized by DPS Electronic City, Bengaluru on 12th March, 2022 in virtual mode to provide an opportunity for students to think out of the ordinary and perform beyond the monotonous.
Ruhani prepared a healthy salad with veggies and fruits with complete dressing and apprised the panel of judges and other participants about its nutritious values. It was a live event on the Zoom platform for 10 minutes.
Out of 20 participants from other DPS schools across India and overseas, Ruhani clinched the coveted 3rd position in the whole event.
While sixteen other students from DPS Jammu also participated in different events in the said competition like AD-MAGIK, DESIGN SQUAD, ANIME-A-TED, LET’S TANGO, JASHN-E-ALPHAZ & GANACHE AND GLACE in both Levels-1 & 2.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated Ruhani and other participants for an extraordinary display of talent and competence.
She said that such competitions are a celebration of childhood, diversity, inclusion, creativity and the spirit of the school to foster positive influences in each child.
Headmistress, Meenu Gupta also applauded Ruhani and other participants.
President, RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh, PVC, Kunwarani Ritu Singh and Director,. S.S Sodhi extended their best wishes to Ruhani and other participants and wished the success for their future endeavors.
