The Special Cell of Delhi Police on Thursday arrested a man identified as Kasim, a resident of Bharatpur district in Rajasthan, on charges of espionage for Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. Kasim was apprehended from the Deeg area of Mewat in Rajasthan and is currently under police remand.
According to officials, Kasim had visited Pakistan twice, once in August 2024 and again in March 2025, staying for about 90 days in total. During these visits, he received espionage training from ISI handlers and senior operatives.
