| SRINAGAR: Weatherman on Tuesday predicted light rains and snowfall at isolated places during December 23 and 24 and widespread snowfall during 27-28 in Kashmir valley on account of Western Disturbances.Light rain/snow can occur at a few places between 23 and 24 afternoon. A short moderate spell in higher reaches can’t be ruled out, the official said.As per the official, another Western Disturbance, will affect J&K from 26th evening due to which plains in Kashmir may receive season’s first light to moderate widespread snowfall at most places on December 27-28.A heavy snowfall at one or two places is also expected, added the official. |
